Jason is a proud Kamilaroi man with strong ties to the Central Queensland and Central Highlands Regions.
Jason’s work history included stints as a sales representative across a number of major food brands before he stumbled into heavy industry. He worked in construction of LNG plants and as a Process Technician in refineries, power plants and emulsion manufacturing plants.
He also worked as an Indigenous Coordinator while in these roles and found his true passion. Jason enjoys working with Traditional Owner groups and building the relationship between businesses and Indigenous groups. He has had involvement with Indigenous employment, mentoring and cultural awareness programs.
We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we work and live, and recognise their continuing connection to land, water and community. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging.
